INGREDIENTS:
2 8 –rib frenched racks of lamb trimmed,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
3 cloves garlic minced,
¼ cup finely chopped parsley,
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoons NZGOLDHEALTH multiflora with lemon honey.

INGREDIENTS:
100 gm baby spinach leaves,
Half a courgette,
2 spring onions,
25gm daikon radish,
25gm pickled pink ginger,
50 gm quinoa,
5gm acai powder,
1table spoon +20 NZGOLDHEALTH Manuka honey,
40ml sherry vinegar.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon NZGOLDHEALTH Clover Honey,
1/2 cup sour orange juice,
1 tablespoon olive oil,
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice,
2 garlic cloves minced,
1 tablespoon paprika,
1 tablespoon dried oregano,
½ teaspoon salt,
1/2teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes,
4 chicken breasts.

INGREDIENTS:

150 gm fresh spinach leaves,
200ml coconut water,
1 banana,
1 tablespoon ​NZGOLDHELTH​ 15+ Manuka honey.
