Our Kids Honey is made from Rata flower, is a great sweat choice, which gathered from West Coast of Southisland in New Zealand’s untouched forests and green pastures. Parents choose this as a tasty sugar replacement for breakfast and linch box!
- Very light colour, is famous for its striking white colour
- Both mild and rich, but not overly sweet , delicate flavour with a fruity aroma.
- The red flower of the rata tree only shows itself every 3-4 years. To extract the rata nectar our bees are carefully nestled deep within the west coast forests of New Zealand's South Island
Serving Suggestion:
Spread generously onto bread or toast, enjoy as an eating experience by itself, or mix with warm water and enjoy as a soothing drink. Delicious when added to a marinade and/or used as a cooking agent.
